Creating van sales
Create sale invoices from the van sales mobile app.
Van sales invoices are created directly on the mobile app. Stock is deducted from the van location assigned to the salesperson.
Required setup (Web Admin)

| Van location | A location marked as a van, with a van number |
| Products | Active products with stock in the van |
| Customers | Customers to select on the sale |
| User | Assigned to the branch and van |
Creating a sale
- Open the Sales section in the van app
- Tap + New Sale
- Select a Customer
- Add products — search by name or scan barcode
- Review quantities, prices, and tax
- Record Payment (cash, card, etc.) or save as credit
- Confirm the sale
Printing and sharing
After confirming a sale:
- Tap Print / Share on the invoice
- The app generates a PDF invoice
- Share via WhatsApp, email, or save to device

For ZATCA-enabled businesses, the invoice QR code is included when you share or print the invoice.
