Route planning
Follow assigned customer routes in the van sales app.
Routes define the sequence of customers a salesperson should visit in a day. Routes are created in Web Admin and appear in the van app.
How routes work
- Administrator creates Areas and Routes in Web Admin
- Customers are assigned to routes
- Salesperson opens the van app and sees today's route
- Visits are recorded in route order
Viewing your route
- Open the van app home screen
- Tap My Route or Today's Visits
- Customers are listed in visit order
- Tap a customer to start a visit or create a sale

Routes are set up in Web Admin under Route. Salespeople follow the plan in the van app — they do not edit routes there.
