AdoxERP POS is the app waiters, kitchen staff, and cashiers use on a phone or tablet. It covers table management, kitchen tickets, kitchen display, bill settlement, and retail counter sales. Records stay in sync with Web Admin.

Operating modes

Restaurant POS	Tables, kitchen tickets, bill settlement, kitchen display
Retail POS	Counter sales, till, inventory, instant invoicing

You choose the mode during setup. Staff can switch modes later from Settings.

Staff roles

Role	Responsibilities
Waiter / Captain	Table orders, send kitchen tickets, mark served, checkout
Kitchen Staff	View tickets on the kitchen display and update cooking status
Cashier	Bill settlement and payments
Store Manager	Full access, settings, and reports

Typical restaurant flow

Login → Select Restaurant POS → Choose Waiter role
  → Select branch & location → Table floor view
  → Take order → Send kitchen ticket → Kitchen prepares
  → Mark as Served → Complete order → Print bill → Table available
