Fund transfers
Move money between cash and bank accounts in AdoxERP.
A fund transfer moves an amount from one ledger account to another — for example cash to bank, or one bank account to another. It does not pay a supplier or receive from a customer; use vouchers for that.
Creating a fund transfer
- Go to Accounts > Fund Transfer
- Click + Add
- Set the Date and Location
- On From, choose the account money leaves and the amount
- On To, choose the account money arrives in
- Add a memo if needed, then submit
From and To totals must match.
