Pricing rules and stock management
Configure pricing rules, price lists, and manage stock levels in AdoxERP.
Price lists
Price lists let you define different selling prices for different customer groups, regions, or sales channels.
- Go to Products > Price Lists
- Click + New Price List
- Name the list (e.g. "Wholesale", "Retail", "VIP")
- Add products and their prices for this list
- Assign the price list to customers or customer groups
Discount rules
Set up automatic discounts based on quantity breaks, customer groups, or promotional periods under Sales > Discount Rules.
Stock management
- Stock levels — Products > Product Stock
- Stock adjustments — correct discrepancies via Inventory > Stock Adjustment
- Stock transfers — move stock between locations via Inventory > Stock Transfer
- Stock requests — ask another location to send stock via Inventory > Stock Request

Stock is updated automatically when you confirm sales invoices, GRNs, and returns.
