Quotations
Create and send sales quotations to customers in AdoxERP.
A quotation is a formal price proposal sent to a customer before they commit to purchase. Once accepted, it can be converted to a sale order.
What you need first

Creating a quotation
- Go to Sales > Quotation in the sidebar
- Confirm the correct branch in the top navigation bar
- Click + Add
- Select a Customer
- Select a Location (warehouse/store)
- Add line items — search products by name or SKU
- Review prices (from the customer's selling price group) and tax per line
- Save as draft or confirm
Sending a quotation
Once confirmed, you can:
- Print the quotation as a PDF — print templates if you customized the layout
- Email the PDF — SMTP setup
- WhatsApp the PDF — WhatsApp setup
- Share a link for the customer to view online
Converting to a sale order
When the customer accepts:
- Open the confirmed quotation
- Click Convert to Sale Order
- Review and confirm — all line items transfer automatically
Quotation statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet sent |
| Confirmed | Sent to customer |
| Converted | Accepted and converted to sale order |
| Expired | Past validity date |
| Cancelled | Voided |
