Stock requests
Request stock from another location or branch before it is transferred.
A stock request asks another location (or branch) to send products. Use it when a store or van needs replenishment and someone else will fulfil the move.
The actual movement is recorded later as a stock transfer.
Creating a stock request
- Go to Inventory > Stock Request
- Click + Add
- Choose From Location (where stock should come from) and To Location (where it is needed)
- For a request to another branch, tick Inter Branch Request and set From Branch / To Branch
- Add products and quantities
- Click Submit Stock Request
