Stock transfers
Move stock between locations or branches in AdoxERP.
A stock transfer moves products from one location to another — for example warehouse to store, or one branch to another.
What you need first

Setup: Branches and locations · Products
Creating a stock transfer
- Go to Inventory > Stock Transfer
- Click + Add
- Choose From Location and To Location
- For a move between branches, tick Inter Branch Transfer, then set From Branch, To Branch, and the matching locations
- Add products and quantities
- Click Submit Stock Transfer
Stock leaves the source location and arrives at the destination when the transfer is confirmed.
Inter-branch transfers
Tick Inter Branch Transfer when the destination is a different branch. You then choose To Branch and To Location for that branch.
